Call or email us to set an appointment for an In-Home design consultation.

Our Design Consultant will meet with you to discuss your desired project; listening to your needs, explaining our product and services, and providing a written  estimate for the project.

We will provide financing options, our current specials, and the tentative scheduling of the project. Once you approve  the project contract we move forward.

Our Field Designer will call and set the appointment to come to your home to make final measurements and check all details prior to placing the material order.

All materials will be ordered for your job and our Project Coordinator will tentatively schedule our work based on the expected arrival of all materials, and the installer schedule. You we receive a letter in the mail with this  information.

Once we have all material in our warehouse our Project Manager will contact you and provide scheduling information for your project.

Our installers will arrive to your home on the designated day and time; begin the work and remain onsite until completed. The length of the project will be discussed when our Project Manager contacts you to schedule the work.

You will be mailed your warranty information for your products and our workmanship. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us immediately!
