If you have a chance to work with BlackBerry Systems don't hesitate!  Cameron Shields (President) and Doug (Project Manager) recently helped us solve a stressful 20 year journey where windows did not function properly in a wall with a masonry facade.  Cameron and Doug did additional research on our behalf and came with above and beyond solutions to keep our room waterproof!  Their installers were exceptional, and we got incredibly professional and personal service all the way around.  I have full confidence in this recommendation after personally experiencing how they communicated back and forth with us and truly understood what we needed.  Doug even pointed out, while doing his on site inspection, another window still under warranty that had a seal break and was no part of the work we were currently focused on. Blackberry came very highly recommended from our neighbors. We are very happy we listened!! Blackberry was very easy to work with. They listened to our wants, needs and were even able to make updates to our order. Installation was a breeze. The team arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned any mess everyday so that I wouldn't have even known they were there!!! Blackberry did an excellent job on the siding of our 1910 arts and crafts house and garage. Their price was competitive and I liked the way they dealt with me from the very beginning. beginning. Their communication, both from the office and on the job was very good and the men who actually did the work were incredibly nice, clean, quiet (except for the actual work noise) and thoughtful, qualities I often don’t see in crews of this sort. They always asked me if there was something they were unsure about. I so appreciated this because rather than just doing what they think is what I would want, they actually took the time to stop what they were doing, come and get me, showed me what they were working on and asked me what I wanted. At the end there were a couple of things I felt needed to be redone or addressed, there was no judgment or push back from them, they just quietly took care of it. I’ve had neighbors and people walking by and stop to comment on what a beautiful job you all had done and said that they would definitely use Blackberry for their siding when needed after seeing our house and what a great job you had done. More than 30 years ago I had Blackberry design and install windows. The windows gave us years of great viewing of everything we enjoy watching. It only made sense that that since they were showing wear and tear that we go back to blackberry for new windows. The installation and sales were great. This is the second time we've used Blackberry and they really are great.  They are very accurate at estimating when the product will arrive, when the workers will be here, and how long the job will take.  They are also very clean and pick up every night before leaving. Big fellas did a great job installing our three seasons porch. The weather was horrible and I felt bad for them having to work in the seriously low temperatures. Before we settled on a company to install new windows, we researched various providers.  Over and over people said to go with Blackberry. From the time Will, the very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman, came and evaluated our home and made recommendations, to the actual installation of the windows, we knew we had gone with the right company. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We were amazed with the actual installers and how they worked and coordinated so well throughout the entire day and a half. Throughout they cleaned up after themselves. When they completed the installation, it was like they had never been there other than leaving us with beautiful, new windows. I had to replace a window.  They did a fabulous job!  They had to pull the old window and put in the new one.  All was done in less than 2 hours.  The new window looks fabulous! We had almost reached a point of giving up on new windows after countless long-running, pushy and over-priced window pitches.  Travis was a breath of fresh air and really worked to Partner with us on our project rather than trying to sell us it. We love everything about our newly installed windows. They were very responsive, were able to work with us on our schedule, due to our property being seasonal and the installers were great.  They did a great job and they were very personable.
