PROGRESS LETTER
We are reaching out to update you on the progress of your project. Our team has fully designed your project, and all needed materials are on order and/or in production with our suppliers.

Next Steps for Your Project:
Once we are ready to schedule your installation, we will contact you by phone to confirm a date and time to start your project!
Please note that project timelines, weather conditions, and/or manufacturing timelines can delay your project from starting as originally estimated. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays, so you are always updated on the status of your project.
Getting Ready for Your Installation:
To make the installation process as efficient and easy as possible, there are a few things we need you to do before we arrive.
Please note that our schedules are planned 1-2 weeks in advance, so if the pre-install activities are not completed, we might need to re-schedule, and it may be weeks before we can return.
You're not required to be present during the installation, but you are welcome to observe the work in progress. If obeserving, please give our crews the space to safely work and operate any tools.
For Window & Door Installation:
- Remove all window treatments and blinds.
- Remove all pictures or delicate items nearby that could be knocked off the wall.
- Cover and/or make us aware of any special plantings or shrubbery.
- Make sure we have access to all interior windows & doors and move any furniture that is in the way.
- For the safety of your pets, please isolate them from our installer's work area.
- Clean up any dog or animal poop in the yard.
- Be sure we have access to a power supply for our tools.
For Siding & Accessories Installation:
- Cover and/or make us aware of any special plantings or shrubbery.
- Remove all pictures or delicate items nearby that could be knocked off the wall.
- For the safety of your pets, please isolate them from our installer's work area.
- Clean up any dog or animal poop in the yard.
- Be sure we have access to a power supply for our tools.
For Decking & Railing Installation:
- Cover and/or make us aware of any special plantings or shrubbery.
- Remove all pictures or delicate items nearby that could be knocked off the wall.
- For the safety of your pets, please isolate them from our installer's work area.
- Clean up any dog or animal poop in the yard.
- Be sure we have access to a power supply for our tools.
Additional Special Items
- If Lead RRP practices are required, you must stay out of the workspeace until work is completed and fully cleaned.
- If there are bees or pests present, our crews will need to pull off the job until the bees or pests can be removed by a professional.
- Ensure sprinkler systems are turned off before we arrive.
During Installation
Please never hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Our Field Technicians and Staff are here to help every step of the way.
After Installation
- Upon substantial completion of your project, our installers will present you with a completion notice to be signed, along with an invoice.
- A survey will be emailed to you, please complete, and share any feedback.
- All applicable BlackBerry and Manufacturer warranties will be mailed to you once the project is fully completed and balance paid.
