Once we are ready to schedule your installation, we will contact you by phone to confirm a date and time to start your project!
Please note that project timelines, weather conditions, and/or manufacturing timelines can delay your project from starting as originally estimated. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays, so you are always updated on the status of your project.
Now that your project is completed, we wanted to share the next steps and answers to common questions.
- You will recieve a survey via email, and we greatly appreciate when customers share their feedback with us. Good or bad we want to hear from you, it helps us make sure we are meeting our customer's needs.
- All warranties that apply to your project will be mailed out typically within 2-3 weeks, some warranties require registration from the homeowner.
- If you haven't already paid your final bill, we will mail an invoice to you. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.
- If your project was financed, we will reach out if we need any other information, otherwise you will receive your first statement and all needed information from the financing company you selected within 30-90 days.

- How to care for and maintain your investment? Most manufacturer warranties that you receive will provide information for product care and maintenance. Most products we use require very little maintenance but please contact us if you ever have any questions.
