Your project will require a building permit and BlackBerry will handle everything. We just want to share some information, so you are in the loop and in case you have any questions.

Your project requires a permit from your local Municipality. BlackBerry will be pulling all needed permits for your project. A permit typically requires 1 or 2 inspections depending on the project for the building inspector to look at the job during and/or after completion.

Our Project Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule the final inspection and possibly an install inspection if we are doing anything structural. BlackBerry is a licensed builder and will fully take care of the permit process and cost.
