Getting Ready for Your Installation:

To make the installation process as efficient and easy as possible, there are a few things we need you to do before we arrive.

Please note that our schedules are planned 1-2 weeks in advance, so if the pre- install activities are not completed, we might need to re-schedule, and it may be weeks before we can return.

You’re not required to be present during the installation, but you are welcome to observe the work in progress. If observing, please give our crews the space to safely work and operate any tools.

For Window & Door Installation:

  • Remove all window treatments and blinds.
  • Remove all pictures or delicate items nearby that could be knocked off the wall.
  • Cover and/or make us aware of any special plantings or shrubbery.
  • Make sure we have access to all interior windows & doors and move any furniture that is in the way.
  • For the safety of your pets, please isolate them from our installer's work area.
  • Clean up any dog or animal poop in the yard.
  • Be sure we have access to a power supply for our tools.
