Their communication, both from the office and on the job was very good and the men who actually did the work were incredibly nice, clean, quiet (except for the actual work noise) and thoughtful, qualities I often don’t see in crews of this sort. They always asked me if there was something they were unsure about. I so appreciated this because rather than just doing what they think is what I would want, they actually took the time to stop what they were doing, come and get me, showed me what they were working on and asked me what I wanted. At the end there were a couple of things I felt needed to be redone or addressed, there was no judgment or push back from them, they just quietly took care of it. What's the average timeline of a project?
Most window projects only take 1-3 days to complete, and most entry door projects take only 1-2 days. We work opening by opening to minimize disruption to a customer’s house. We have been working in occupied homes for over 44 years so we have efficient processes to move projects along and make it easy onour customers.
Are there warranties on your products?
Yes, our warranties are some of the best in the industry. All customers get warranties from Blackberry for workmanship, service and glass breakage and warranties from the manufacturers we partner with. Blackberry has our own employee crews and dedicated service department so we handle all own service, something that is rare in our industry, we do this because it is a much better experience for our customers. Who do I reach out to if I have an issue with my window or door?
You reach out to us directly, and we handle all issues promptly. We will never force you to reach out to a sub-contractor or manufacturer like most companies do. We make it easy to contact us by phone, email or text. We have a dedicated service department that handles all issues.

Our quality and focus to service is excellent. This has been the focus of our company since the beginning over 44 years ago. We are a construction company not a sales & marketing company like others in our industry. Our focus is doing excellent quality work with wonderful customer service that we stand behind.
